Terms and conditions:

“TRAVEL SURF NATURE” or “we” or “we” is a Moroccan company registered under the name of TRAVEL SURF NATURE SARL

"The customers" this applies to all people who have or who will have booked and who will benefit from the services provided under the conditions of TRAVEL SURF NATURE

Insurance :

The customer is responsible for being in good health and able to practice surfing, yoga and all other activities organized by TRAVEL SURF NATURE. If the customer has medical problems, allergies (including food) or any other element that may affect the ability to do an activity, the customer must inform TRAVEL SURF NATURE before arrival or upon arrival.

Although we do our best to take care of you during your stay at TRAVEL SURF NATURE, clients are responsible for taking care of their own health and it is strongly recommended that clients take out comprehensive travel insurance for the duration of their stay. their stay in Morocco, including for the practice of sport (surfing). Clients should listen carefully to the instructions of the surf and yoga instructors. The safety of the customer and other people depends on it.

We will give you tips to avoid injuries, but customers also accept that accidents happen during the surf session and that TRAVEL SURF NATURE is not responsible for any injury, death or loss or damage. to goods. It is the customers' responsibility to avoid sunstroke by drinking plenty of drinking water (not tap water) and putting on sunscreen or sunscreen, and by wearing hats and sunglasses.

Refund Policy:

Although TRAVEL SURF NATURE does its best to take its customers to the best places to surf, we are not responsible for the surfing conditions at all. In the rare event that the surf conditions are not suitable, for example a flat day, rain or wind; the customer should not request reimbursement for surfing, yoga or any other activity provided or organized by TRAVEL SURF NATURE.

We will, however, offer alternative activities such as stand-up paddleboarding, hiking, skateboarding, film screenings and cultural excursions. TRAVEL SURF NATURE cannot offer refunds if guests or staff fall ill, but we are committed to doing our best to provide guests with alternative activities or instructors of a similar level to the TRAVEL SURF team NATURE.

If a guest acts irresponsibly/aggressive/violent towards the equipment, accommodation or people, TRAVEL SURF NATURE has the right to ask them to leave immediately without refund. In this case, it is the decision of TRAVEL SURF NATURE if a refund can be granted or not.

If a guest creates difficulty/unkindness/aggressiveness/irresponsibility to another guest or member of staff, TRAVEL SURF NATURE reserves the right to immediately ask the person to leave without refund. If a person breaks equipment or objects belonging to TRAVEL SURF NATURE or their partners, the customer will pay the full amount of a replacement or repair.

Changes to your reservations:

If a customer wishes to change their travel plans, dates, times, booked activities or packages at any time, TRAVEL SURF NATURE will decide whether or not the change is acceptable and whether a payment change is also accepted. If a reservation has been confirmed, full payment will be made before or upon arrival at TRAVEL SURF NATURE.

It is unlikely that we will have to make changes to your holiday, but sometimes small changes can be made, which TRAVEL SURF NATURE reserves the right to make at any time. Most of these changes are minor and we will let you know as soon as possible. It will be of equal or higher level, chosen by TRAVEL SURF NATURE as suitable accommodation. TRAVEL SURF NATURE will do its best to inform you of any changes to your accommodation before your arrival.

If there is a change in the exchange rate between the time of booking and the time of payment upon arrival at TRAVEL SURF NATURE, we have the right to increase the payment amount.

Cancellation of holidays by the client:

If you are forced to cancel your booking, whether full or partial, you must write to TRAVEL SURF NATURE immediately. Below is the scale that determines if your holiday is refundable:

Cancellation more than 6 weeks before the date of arrival, loss of the sum of 30% of the price of the stay (deposit)
Cancellation 4-6 weeks before the arrival date, loss of 50% of the price of the stay
Cancellation 2 to 4 weeks before the date of arrival, loss of 75% of the price of the stay

Vacation cancellation by TRAVEL SURF NATURE:

TRAVEL SURF NATURE reserves the right in all circumstances to cancel your vacation.

However, under no circumstances will we cancel your holiday less than 8 weeks before scheduled departure, except for reasons of 'force majeure' which include war, political unrest, strikes, force majeure, epidemics, pandemics, natural and technical disasters, closure of ports and airports.

In cases where we are unable to provide you with the holiday you have booked, we will refund all monies paid or offer to reschedule your stay with us.

Personal business, objects, lost, stolen or broken equipment:

Our team is very attentive to your safety in and out of the water. We promise to do our best to guide you to safe surf spots and locations. Customers assure that it is their responsibility to take care of their valuables.

TRAVEL SURF NATURE does not accept any responsibility for the personal effects of the customers, in the event that they are broken or stolen. We recommend that you take care of your valuables or do not take them with you. If a surfboard / wetsuit or an item belonging to TRAVEL SURF NATURE is damaged by a customer, TRAVEL SURF NATURE is entitled to claim its due from the customer for reimbursement, repair or replacement of the item.
